Young Jeezy arrested over allegation of domestic violence

Rapper Young Jeezy has turned himself in to the authorities after a jury issued a warrant over allegations that he physically assaulted and threatened his own son, a report by the Huffington Post revealed Tuesday, January 7.

According to the report, the 36-year-old hip hop artist turned himself over to the police on Friday, January 3 after a grand jury released a domestic violence warrant against him. Court reports obtained by a celebrity news website had stated Young Jeezy physically assaulted his teenage son, and threatened that he would “put a bullet” into his head.

The rapper was set free after posting bail of $45,000.
