When will I stop receiving child support?

Typically, child support payments are expected until a child reaches the age of eighteen. Until then, you should be able to expect regular child support payments. If, for some reason, your ex-spouse stops paying child support, seeking the help of an attorney may be necessary. An attorney could be instrumental in receiving the payments needed to best support your children.
