Why did my child support payment change?

Child support payments are established in divorces and can continue until a child reaches the age of 18. However, these payments might change for a number of reasons. Some reasons behind changes in child support payments might include increased needs of the child, income loss by custodial parent, decreased income by receiving parent, abuse of child support payment agreement, or other reasons.
