A divorce settlement between Eliot Spitzer and his ex-wife Silda Wall Spitzer has mandated the former New York governor to pay his wife $7.5 million.
Silda will also receive $240,000 every year until her death, $100,000 for her charity donations, a new car every five years, the family’s Fifth Avenue residence, and entertainment expenses.
The couple was married for 26 years before filing for divorce in January. They have three children Jenna, 18, Sarabeth, 20, and Elyssa, 23.
