Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom File for Divorce Again

Though Khloe Kardashian called off her divorce with Lamar Odom in October, she recently filed for divorce a second time. Once again, the reason cited for divorce was “irreconcilable differences.” Kardashian originally filed for divorce in 2013.

In the newest filing for divorce, the reality TV star wishes to end spousal support and wants to divide the couple’s property as agreed upon in their prenuptial agreement. She also wants her last name changed from Odom back to Kardashian. Her husband, a professional basketball player, has run into trouble with the law, including a DUI in 2013, which sparked the original file for divorce.

If you are considering filing for divorce, our experienced Monmouth county divorce attorneys are prepared to represent you during this hard time. We realize how difficult divorce can be and we want to offer you compassionate, effective representation that meets your needs.
