Mel Gibson might go to court to seek greater child custody

A report published by the Daily Mail on Saturday, March 22 revealed that Hollywood star Mel Gibson may enter into a legal fight with his ex-wife Oksana Grigorieva over the custody of their 4-year-old daughter. The report alleges that Gibson might want to seek greater child custody of his daughter Lucia.

The report also added that a settlement arrangement has required Gibson to pay $750,000 total in child support to Grigorieva, which the actor pays in installments of $20,000 a month. However, a recent confidentiality violation by Grigorieva has led to a court’s deciding that Gibson does not have to pay the remaining balance.
