According to a report by the Mail Online on September 27, divorce papers filed by the 30-year-old model stated she wants full legal custody of her 19-month-old son Sebastian. Wiz, meanwhile, challenged Amber’s full child custody claim with a request for joint custody.
Amber filed for divorce the day after she discovered her husband was cheating on her with another woman. Wiz, on the other hand, contests Amber’s claim of cheating, saying he informed his wife weeks prior to the divorce that their marriage was over.
The report also says Amber may walk away remaining wealthy due to a prenup signed by both parties that would provide her a one-time payout of $1 million and a monthly spousal support of $5,000 from her husband in the event of divorce.
